Owner | Project Coordinator

Building homes has been part of my family for three generations. I got my start at the young age of 12, sweeping out and cleaning homes under construction. Over the past 20 years, I’ve continued building my experience in the construction industry through real estate, remodeling, and custom home building.

One of the things I enjoy most is helping homeowners take their vision and turn it into a home they are excited to live in. My role at Premier Quality Homes includes pre-construction project coordination, permitting, house plans, technical studies, and site preparation. I also work directly with our clients throughout the design and pre-construction process to help keep their project aligned with their budget, goals, and overall vision.

In addition to my role in pre-construction, I am also a part owner of Premier Quality Homes alongside my wife Kara, and my mother Judy. As an owner, I’m involved in marketing, day-to-day operations, and the decisions that help guide our company forward.

Faith, honesty, and integrity are values that are important to me personally, and they are the same values I work to bring into our company and its culture every day.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, working on my hobby farm, and golfing.

President

I became a licensed real estate agent and broker in Idaho and Washington in 1980 and spent more than 40 years working in real estate, land development, and home building. In July of 1994, I founded Premier Quality Homes, and it has been incredibly rewarding to watch the company grow and continue serving families throughout our community.

Over the years, I’ve gained experience in many different areas of the industry, from land development and real estate to the construction of new homes. I’ve always valued hard work, strong relationships, and helping people through important decisions involving their homes and property.

Family is one of the greatest joys in my life. I am a mother of four, grandmother of eight, and great-grandmother of three. My husband and I celebrated our 57th wedding anniversary in June of 2026, and I treasure the time we spend together as a family.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing the piano, singing, painting, and drawing. I am a member of the Coeur d’Alene Art Association and have also had the opportunity to create commissioned portraits. I love being outdoors and enjoy hiking, bird hunting, fishing, swimming, and boating.

My faith is also an important part of my life. I volunteer through my church, offering emotional support and helping others with financial and spiritual needs whenever I can.

Site Superintendent

I’ve always enjoyed the hands-on side of construction and the challenge of taking a project from plans to a finished home. In my role at Premier Quality Homes, I focus on keeping projects organized, moving forward, and making sure everyone involved has the information they need along the way.

As a Project Manager/Superintendent, I work closely with homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, and our team to coordinate schedules, solve problems, and keep each project on track. I enjoy the problem-solving that comes with construction and take a lot of pride in seeing all the details come together into a home our clients can enjoy for years to come.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors, and working on projects of my own.

Purchasing Manager

I’ve been in the construction industry since I was 15 years old, giving me more than 40 years of experience in the industry. Over the years, I’ve worked in many different areas of construction, from hanging drywall and installing siding to lumber sales and home building.

A large part of my career was spent in lumber sales, where I worked closely with builders and helped introduce them to new products, materials, and services that could improve their projects. I’ve built strong relationships with manufacturers and distributors throughout the industry, and I enjoy bringing those connections and resources to the Premier Quality Homes team.

Throughout my career, I’ve also been involved in building more than 300 homes. That experience has given me a broad understanding of construction and a practical perspective that I enjoy bringing to each project.
