We continue to educate ourselves in advances made in building science including but not limited to energy efficiency, building envelope, wild fire prevention, home technology and continually work to implement those changes in all the homes we build.

Building Envelope
Premier uses products that help protect and seal the building envelope of our homes, and are of the highest quality available. Foundations, walls and roofing are all installed to provide years of trouble-free maintenance, while taking full advantage of all manufacturers warranties.
Energy Efficiency
25%-40% of your homes conditioned space is lost due to air leaks in the home. Premier takes additional steps that exceed the industry standards for our area providing our customers with a more comfortable home that will save them money on their energy bills.
Roofing
Our multi step zip roofing system goes far above and beyond our competition. The roof is first sheeted, then we install a frost shield and synthetic underlayment. Our last step is to use a 50 year roof system on the home to ensure that your home will stay dry for decades.
Siding
Premier installs all types of siding including wood, cement and stone. We specialize installing the Allura brand fiber cement siding. This siding has the benefit of not absorbing water or swelling like traditional wood can, in addition to being a fire retardant material. With a full Allura siding package your home will be protected and may also be eligible for lower insurance rates.
Walls
The walls of our homes are sealed with a zip wall system. This advanced product is used to seal the walls and roof of the home without the use of traditional house wrap. As soon as the product is installed, your home is weather tight!
Home Technology
Premier incorporates smart features into your home to help with efficiency while being easy to use.
Smart Thermostat
Smart thermostats help make controlling the temperature of your home easy and efficient. Saving can equal as much as 10% of your energy bill.
Ring Doorbell
See who is coming and going from the Ring doorbell system installed on all our homes.
USB and USBc outlets
Free up your outlets by plugging into the USB and USBc outlets. 2 are provided at no additional cost.
Generator Ready System
Every Premier Quality Home is installed with a generator ready system. Work with the generator provider of your choice or have Premier coordinate for you.

Location is one of the most import factors to consider in your decision when moving forward in building a custom home. We will build on your lot or will assist you in finding the perfect home site. Premier Quality Homes helps you decide if your floor plan will fit within your budget on the site.
Availability of Utilities
Availability of utilities and the cost to connect and provide services to your building site can be a big factor. Water, sewer, gas, electricity, phone and internet are all things to evaluate.
Elevation of your lot
Elevation of your lot and access to your home can affect the cost of building. Be sure to have your builder involved in your lot buying process so you know what costs to expect.
